This loose-fitting, fit and flared, pullover one-piece dress has a sweetheart neckline, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, front button/loop, princess seams, back loop/tie ends, and long sleeves. Optional lining and sleeve flounce. The back of the dress has lacing across the midriff between the princess seams. Designed by Jessica Howard, 1993.
